The rooms are spacious, especially the bathroom which is very clean and spacious. Friendly staff and security guards check-in / out process is very fast not until 5 minutes have entered the room.

I love the Emerald Hotel Surabaya, the service is friendly, courteous, and the food available at the restaurant is delicious on the tongue, so during my stay at Emerald Hotel, I didn't need to look for food, like home, anyway. For 3 weeks at the hotel there were no complaints at all, oh yes I booked the hotel every 2-3 days, so I moved rooms and almost all the rooms I occupied. Really delicious, in the middle of the city again.

Beyond expectations. Strategic location, easy to get around. Fast wifi. Standard room size, good bed. But the elevator is broken, no free drinking water in the room, there is a dispenser in the corridor on each floor, no restaurant. Sometimes there is an unpleasant smell from the sink/shower water. So it's more fitting to call it a hotel ⭐ instead of ⭐⭐⭐

Overall comfortable, but there are some things that need to be fixed, for example the facilities provided are incomplete, towels must be asked for, no coffee, no wifi, location is far from minimarket, food prices are too expensive and do not match the taste and portion. Thank you
