Stayed with my bestie, got the top room, so it was nice to be able to easily hang out on the balcony. The rooms are very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the AC is cold, glasses are provided, coffee and tea are available, there is a refrigerator which is very useful. The owner is also friendly. Comfortable. God willing, I will come back again if there is good fortune in Jogya 🫰🏻.

I got a clean room. The bathroom was also clean. The AC was quite cold. The TV could also be turned on. Hot water plus sugar, tea and coffee were provided. There was a place to relax upstairs. Yes, it was quite pleasant. Recommended for a vacation and staying in Jogja. Thank you to the kind owner.

There was an unpleasant experience for me when I stayed here for 2 nights, I checked in on October 4th with my friend then I said that tomorrow on October 5th there will be 1 friend of mine coming, and the father said that if there are 3 of us there will be a charge of 100k so I just agreed, and the next day my friend came on October 5th around 5 am I immediately invited him into the room to put his stuff because we wanted to go for a walk in the morning, and at that time my friend had to pay a charge calculated for 2 nights which was 200k even though on that day my friend only put his stuff but had to pay for 2 nights 🙃.

Ordered at 5pm suddenly during the school holidays with children and vehicles, Malioboro Street was completely closed via the front alley, no vehicle could pass because the alley was small, the road was completely jammed, I had turned around several times because I had tried to contact Traveloka from 7am - 9pm finally asked for a refund for the phone call to the hotel but the owner couldn't help, the emotional owner didn't help at all. I said just charge 50%, but still didn't want to, in the end as a customer I lost 550,000. It's okay, I consider it charity to the father who owns the inn

Nice and clean room, unfortunately there is no hot water tap. The location is close to Malioboro and Tugu Station, just walk away. The AC is cold, there is a TV, there is a balcony to relax, stayed 2 nights and slept soundly.
