For me, who was my first time visiting Sidoarjo, staying at this hotel was very comfortable, with friendly staff, especially Mbak Renna who helped me with the check-in process, and I was given fruit delivered to my room, giving me a good impression of service.

The room is clean and the size is quite spacious plus the view from the room is okay directly towards the Sidoarjo roundabout. Suitable if you want to see the Sidoarjo citylight at night. The hotel staff is also very friendly, and the breakfast menu is very varied and all taste good 🥰. For the price offered, it is very okay with what you get ♥️.

I stayed in room 625, an executive room. The security crew was so special, very friendly, smiling, and helpful, even when my car broke down, they even called a battery repairman to the hotel basement. The restaurant was clean, and we loved the Hainanese rice. There's no swimming pool, but our room had a spacious terrace where the kids could run around. The bathroom was clean, the tiles were safe and not slippery, but I suggest checking the floor drain, as it was a bit stagnant. :)

Everything was nice and comfortable, but the hallway in front of the room was a bit stuffy, making it feel like you were filling up a water jug from the water dispenser. Oh yeah, they use a water dispenser here, so it's great for reducing plastic/bottle waste.

The hotel staff was friendly and very informative. The room was clean and comfortable for resting. It was a perfect place to rest while on a business trip.
The TV in the room I booked wasn't very clear, perhaps because it was still in ATV mode or something else, but I don't know. So there wasn't a wide selection of channels.

The hotel staff was friendly and very informative. The room was clean and comfortable for resting. It was a perfect place to rest while on a business trip.
The TV in the room I booked wasn't very clear, perhaps because it was still in ATV mode or something else, but I don't know. So there wasn't a wide selection of channels.
