Thank you, Ms. Tyas, for your warm welcome. Everything was nice and comfortable, but the hallway in front of the room was a bit stuffy, making it feel like you were filling up a water jug from the water dispenser. Oh yeah, they use a water dispenser here, so it's great for reducing plastic/bottle waste.

The hotel staff was friendly and very informative. The room was clean and comfortable for resting. It was a perfect place to rest while on a business trip.
The TV in the room I booked wasn't very clear, perhaps because it was still in ATV mode or something else, but I don't know. So there wasn't a wide selection of channels.

the toothpaste is already liquid, which is very difficult to open and is not suitable, then why not just provide bottled water instead of having to get it from the dispenser, where the teapot is used by someone, the dispenser is dirty. For delicious food, there is only one more case, I was in transit for work and rest and didn't bring sandals etc., but it turned out that when I wore the hotel sandals, the sandals too, even when worn to the lobby, they were very thin... not to mention that every night the employees were really busy dragging tables and beds, if it was 11 pm and above, don't be noisy, lift them, don't drag them if you want to clean them.
