Strategic location above the CP mall, but the view is not good because it is not high enough and faces the back, the facilities are not complete, there is no kitchen set, the sofa is also ugly, there are many piles of beds in the room, so it is not pleasant to look at, the price is expensive but not according to what is obtained, this is the first time checking in at an apartment but it is not as expected.

Regarding the elevator, the apartment has a policy that the elevator to the P7 parking lot is closed after 10 pm for safety reasons. We will provide this information more clearly in the future. Staying here is not recommended at all, the management is unclear, delaying time and cannot provide a solution. The AC is dirty to the point that the filter is black and dusty, not cold with hot room conditions, the temperature outside the room is cooler than in the room. The room temperature is not suitable for living in at all, the staff from the management have also come and checked the condition of the room which is very hot but there is no solution. The admin staff blames the visitors for the AC not being cold, the staff who came to the location agreed with us that the room was not suitable for living in. There is no good faith whatsoever from the management to respond to this, telling customers to just contact Traveloka about this problem. It is highly not recommended for the place and the staff are incompetent. I left the room and we didn't use it at all. Until 10 pm there was no answer that helped.

We have called an external team after you checked out to confirm this, and regarding the AC, the technician has confirmed that the AC is not damaged even though the filter is dusty, and the filter has also been washed, so we ensure that a similar problem will not occur again in the future. The address was unclear so we were confused about where to get off using Grab and when we got off at the point the security didn't know the address either, so we were led here and there while dragging our suitcases. The check-in process was really draining. There was no hot water in the room, the bed made a few sounds like something was breaking, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty and the AC wasn't cold enough. It really didn't suit the expedition.

Jam 11:30 uda di suruh cek out padahal Aplikasi jam 12:00 dengan alasan sistem mereka belum di rubah. Jangan pernah ke apartment ini parah jelek dan berisik. Kotor.
