I was pleased and very helpful with the staff at Arion Hotel. I asked for help finding an item I accidentally threw away during room cleaning. Shortly after I called, the cleaning staff arrived with the item. The receptionists who helped me check in and check out were also friendly and kind, especially Ibrahim and Diana.

I stayed at the Luxury Inn Arion Hotel for the second time because I was looking for a family-friendly room at an affordable price. The room I booked was a junior suite family. We stayed in a Junior Suite.
The receptionist was friendly.
Check-in was appropriate.
There was a welcome drink.
The hotel smelled nice in the lobby and hallway.
The room was comfortable, but...
1. Lots of mosquitoes.
2. The window was broken.
3. For a Junior Suite, which is for 4 people, there's only one small trash can in the bathroom.
4. Toiletries were incomplete.
5. The Wi-Fi was slow.
6. Plates weren't cleaned immediately after eating.
7. The menu wasn't varied enough.
8. Breakfast takeout wasn't available for the two friends who left earlier (FYI, the Junior Suite is for 4 people and 4 breakfasts).

I was pleased and very helpful with the staff at Arion Hotel. I asked for help finding an item I accidentally threw away during room cleaning. Shortly after I called, the cleaning staff arrived with the item. The receptionists who helped me check in and check out were also friendly and kind, especially Ibrahim and Diana.

First time here, I wanted to book a room, because I didn't know the types, so I asked the front office first, there were 2 people, both men, they answered, but one seemed impatient answering my questions, the other one was more patient and detailed, his name was Tohir when I asked, so I ended up staying here, the room was ok, clean, the bathroom might need more attention, because it was still wet after being cleaned (some parts) otherwise it was ok

The mattress is double/king-size, but only uses a twin sheet, making it uncomfortable for the feet. The mattress pad is very dirty, and the bathroom has black mold on the sealant.

My stay at the Luxury Inn Arion Hotel was very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for relaxing after a long trip. The hotel staff was very friendly and communicative, and the check-in process was very helpful, allowing me to rest immediately. Thank you, Mr. Tohir. This hotel is a great choice for your stay.
