I really enjoy staying at this hotel, there is direct access to the beach. All the facilities at this hotel are very complete, the staff is friendly, there is a beach club (VUE), lots of photo spots, very suitable for choices to stay while in Bali. I will definitely come back here again❤️

Wow, it's amazing resort hotel. My 2nd night in Bali stay here. Clean room, good personality staff, delicious and satisfied breakfast. I'll repeat reservation soon. Thanks and see you next time.

Excellent hotel choice. Room was big and clean, with many cute harmless little crab running around. Staff is friendly and helpful. They got beautiful beach, but dog owners please tend to your dog business. I love dogs, but I don't like stepping on their p**p. Overall this is an awesome hotel

the hotel is a bit old but the location and view are good. However, some facilities need updating and renovation. The shower floor slope is not good and there is a lot of stagnant water. What is quite annoying is that cable TV and local digital TV are not available at all.

Suitable for staycation with family, lots of children's activities, archery, movies, cake decoration, and direct beach access which is very fun.
The room is big but unfortunately the bathroom shower instructions are not appropriate, the water flow is also not good so the water regurgitates. Get welcome ice cream to refresh.
What is not interesting, the access road to Batu Belig is super bad and congested, so it is preferable to just walk around the hotel.

My stay here was superb!
I booked the suite with partial ocean view and the room was massive for Indonesian hotel standards. The balcony can be used to stargazing at night or just to chill and talk.
The staffs responded and took care of things very quickly as well.
The tap for the shower was broken but after I told the receptionist about it, they fixed it right away.
The restaurant food were all delicious and the flavor really similar to what a Indonesian home made food really taste like. For the entire stay I only ordered the restaurant food. My recommendations are Bebek Madura & nasi goreng Surabaya (main course), fries/hashbrowns/banana fritters/home made ice cream (sides), and the coffee are also great.
I booked the afternoon tea set as well because it looked fancy. The price was surprisingly affordable and cheaper than I expected per pax and if you already booked a room in the hotel, you can sit wherever in the beach club area without additional charge.
If your whatsapp number is already in their system, you can get a lot of real time event that will be held in the club as well as some promotions from the hotel. Luckily this time I got a chance to take part in the baby turtle send away thanks for the whatsapp info.
There’s also spa and massages.
Almost forgot to mention, I also got free popsicle and bracelet by the time I checked in. 😁
My entire stay was pleasant also because the hotel and resort area was private. We got beach view and access exclusive to the hotel guests as well.
Will come back and stay here again next time !!

Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but the room wasn’t ready. When we finally got the room (518), it felt gloomy. There were no tissues on the table, the bathtub faucet was broken, there was no bath mat, and the room had an unpleasant smell, which seemed to be coming from the plumbing.
We were then moved to room 320, which was better. However, we still had to call the staff because the TV wasn’t working properly. Thankfully, they were able to fix it—thank you for that.
But the next night, when we returned tired from our day, we couldn’t get into the room because the automatic key system malfunctioned. A staff member had to enter through the balcony to open the door from the inside.

- Perfect location
- Spacious room
- Good accessibility to the beach
Cons :
- Check In Problem : Arrive at 17.00 & our room ready to use at 19.30 due to unexpected circumstances
- Low Maintenance : Our AC was broken, water leaking, and its wet in the living room,
- Staff Support : Service at the reception was also lacking—took a long time to answer calls. U’ll need minimum 1 hour, only to get doormat, towel - idk why they were very slow response
Last but not least, thank you to the FO SPV - I didn’t know her name that help us during our check in because of she helped us & moved to another room.
