We arrived at the location around 9 PM, with two bags and were helped to carry them to our third-floor room.
The service was good, the atmosphere was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the food was varied. However, for some reason, we were given a room with a non-cooling air conditioner, even though we had a baby with us.
Perhaps the air conditioner could be replaced in the future, as the screen is quite old.

The quad room was a bit dark, the lighting and the AC wasn't cold enough, so the kids weren't comfortable. Then, I finally moved to a deluxe room and when we got to the new room, the kids felt comfortable because the lighting, air circulation and AC were better than the previous room.

The location is very close to Malioboro. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has fast Wi-Fi. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is a bit lacking, but the variety is good. Note: The towels and pillowcases need to be replaced. Otherwise, everything is fine.
