5. Get in touch with our customer service via “talk to us” from our Travelio app, by calling +62-21-39524523, or via WhatsApp at +62-851-7993-9341. Operating hours are from 07.00 - 24.00
6. A valid phone number is very important for us to ensure you have a great stay experience, please ensure they are correct
7. Guests are responsible to pay for their own parking as charged by the parking company or Building Management. Parking cost for a car usually starts from IDR 5,000/hour
8. Please follow guidance from Building Management at all times including the use of all building facilities
9. Guests are not allowed to put keys when checking out at the mailbox provided by the apartment
10. Guests are prohibited from booking units at Bassura City for self-isolation/Covid-19 quarantine.

Its very bad service and the unit which shown in the picture it's totally different. We checked in the unit while it was so dirty seems like some people were staying before coming the bed and floor was fully dirty. Bad service ever

Inn check out time is PHP & late, check out was promised May be late but kicked out, deposit not yet returned, service very bad & disappointing.

This was my worst experience, I paid for 3 days but I didn't stay, the first day I checked in at 11pm, the mattress was soaked with water droplets, the electricity was also told to be economical because the power was low and on and off, at 12pm I left This apartment had to look for a hotel where I brought my 4 year old child, Travelio didn't have a solution, I was stuck in front of the lobby, the child was crying. Funds cannot be refunded, the deposit has not been returned until now,
