One place I can recommend for my friends to visit is NDC Resort. The beach view is truly beautiful, especially in the late afternoon. The rooms are very clean, and there was a staff member who served me well and helped resolve the issues I experienced, thank you to the housekeeping staff, Sinda and Aldo. At breakfast this morning, I was warmly welcomed by Edmon and Amelia, and served by Sesil and Migel, I truly appreciate that. My order was delivered promptly by them. At the reception, everyone was very friendly when I arrived. NDC Resort is the best place I can recommend to visit.

This is my second experience staying at NDC Resort and Spa. When checking in, it was faster because the room was already ready, so I didn't have to wait 30 minutes like my first staycation. This time I got a clean room again, but compared to the previous room, it was cleaner than the previous one. The sink still had black water stains, and we found a large spider on the ceiling of the room, and this really disturbed my comfort. Please pay attention to the cleanliness in the future so that it doesn't disturb the comfort of the guests. For the food at breakfast, the taste is quite good but it's not very varied, the only animal protein side dish is chicken serundeng, there is no other animal protein. For TV channels, there are still no changes, very limited to only 20 channels and most of them are Chinese channels. My input, because this resort has many staycations with their families, it would be nice if TV channels were added for kids channels, so that children also enjoy their staycation here. The rest is OK.

We are grateful that the check-in process went more smoothly this time. However, we regret the inconvenience caused by the less than optimal cleanliness of the room, especially the sink and the presence of spiders. This certainly does not reflect our cleanliness standards. We will remind the housekeeping team to be more thorough, including checking the ceiling and areas that are easily missed. We will follow up on this feedback with extra training. Breakfast Menu Variations. We apologize for the limited choices of animal protein at breakfast. The F&B team will evaluate the menu variations to ensure that guest needs are met, including the addition of options such as eggs, fish, or meat. Your input is very helpful for our future improvements. TV Channels. Thank you for your suggestion regarding children's TV channels. We will immediately coordinate with the provider to add family entertainment channels (such as Disney Channel, Cartoon Network, or Nickelodeon) for the convenience of our young guests. We will also consider diversifying other international channels. Once again, we are very grateful for your trust in choosing ndc resort and Spa. We hope to welcome you back with a much better experience on your third visit. spacious and clean room, maybe because it's new so it's very clean. comfortable to stay here. the environment is also friendly for small children. it's just that there are only 20 TV channels, and most of them are Chinese TV channels, while there are too few local programs. The room service menu is also limited, but the taste of the food is quite good. The buffet breakfast is also quite complete. Overall, it's very comfortable to stay at NDC Resort and Spa Manado. Our family was quite happy when we returned from there.

The hotel staff at check out were quite friendly. But the room facilities were a bit disappointing. There was hair from the previous guest on the bathroom floor, the toilet flush didn't work, the exhaust didn't turn on. The room smelled bad, the lights on the balcony were off. During breakfast, we weren't given a voucher at the beginning, but the room I booked included breakfast. Finally we could eat after a little drama. The drink refills took a long time because the restaurant staff weren't quick, I had to call several different people. Previously I often stayed here and it was quite good, but this time I was disappointed and very uncomfortable.
