I enjoyed the hotel service for staycation during covid-19 situation. Most of the services are out of table the cafe, the pool, gym, spa, etc. You can get some entertainment at Kuningan City or any mall near there. The view I can saw from my room are cool.

This was our fourth time in Manhattan and again well satisfied. Very pleasant reception and nice staff. Air-conditioning system in room is better than may other hotels. Nice view and excellent breakfast. We had a very relaxing swim in the evening. The proximity to an excellent mall is an added benefit.

It's really an amazing experience to have staycation in new year eve in Manhattan Jakarta Hotel. Such a pleasure with wide city view room to enjoy seeing NYE fireworks from the room. Must try!!

I actually really like it because the city view is my request, but the tissue ran out and I asked for a refill until I asked if it was refilled. The AC took a while to cool down, but overall I like it, I got a welcome drink at the cafe, the pool and bathtub have a great city view.

except check-in was quite a wait, so it took 2:30 PM.
The sandals aren't slip-resistant. Please make them more useful. Since it's already a 5-star hotel, the sandals should be fine.

The room I booked was fully booked, and I was transferred to a much larger one (free of charge). The hotel staff was friendly, comfortable, and secure. Check-in and check-out times were clear. Overall, the room was clean, although there were some yellow stains on the mattress and towels.
The staff should provide more information about the amenities available during my stay, and the hotel should provide check-in and check-out times one day in advance via email or phone.

This was my first time staying at the Manhattan. There were many enjoyable things during my stay. Check-in was fast, the staff was friendly, and the service and breakfast were varied. My room was upgraded at no additional cost. Luckily, the curtain in my room came off when I pulled it, and the technician quickly repaired it. My room, 2810, was spacious and pleasant.
