The pillowcase had traces of cheese sauce (100% not replaced by the previous tenant). The floor carpet had a lot of human hair + dirt like mucus (I don't know what kind of mucus, I even washed my feet 10x 😭). The bathroom trash can was broken so I had to open it manually (I had to wash it twice by hand too 😮💨)

We were very satisfied with the overall hotel service, especially the check-in process, which was very fast and efficient. The staff was also friendly and professional.
General service was excellent. However, our biggest disappointment was the room. For a 5-star hotel, it far exceeded expectations. In particular, the king-size bed felt small and not up to the expected standard.
On the positive side, the bathroom and bathtub were in good condition and clean. Breakfast was also satisfactory with a good selection. We hope management will review the bed sizes in their rooms so that the stay experience can match the excellent quality of service they provide.

view from 36th floor. i got welcome drink what fresh and so good. very friendly staff. comfort and clean room. they gave me mirror art and slice cake for our anniversary there. very recommend for family stay 🥰

The pillowcase had traces of cheese sauce (100% not replaced by the previous tenant). The floor carpet had a lot of human hair + dirt like mucus (I don't know what kind of mucus, I even washed my feet 10x 😭). The bathroom trash can was broken so I had to open it manually (I had to wash it twice by hand too 😮💨)

We were very satisfied with the overall hotel service, especially the check-in process, which was very fast and efficient. The staff was also friendly and professional.
General service was excellent. However, our biggest disappointment was the room. For a 5-star hotel, it far exceeded expectations. In particular, the king-size bed felt small and not up to the expected standard.
On the positive side, the bathroom and bathtub were in good condition and clean. Breakfast was also satisfactory with a good selection. We hope management will review the bed sizes in their rooms so that the stay experience can match the excellent quality of service they provide.

A very nice hotel right in the city center, yet with a quiet ambiance, perfect for my stay to relieve jet lag after a two-day flight from Canada. The hotel staff are young, fresh, and polite, with their friendly greetings and easy check-out process, making me definitely want to return someday.
