The hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, the swimming pool staff are all very friendly, the security guards are also friendly and smiley. The breakfast menu is also varied. The rooms are spacious and clean. The distance is still close to the city center. Access to the beach is also very easy, there are also many minimarkets and eateries in front of the hotel. The hotel was crowded with visitors when we checked in and checked out, there were gatherings there, cool. Alhamdulillah, the kids are satisfied, next time in shaa Allah will return to Marbella by Jayakarta, hopefully it will be even cooler with the renovations 🥰

The location is strategic, across from the hotel there are 3 minimarkets, if you book a room only, you don't have to worry because there are many breakfast sellers across from the hotel, even though the hotel is old, the room is comfortable and the facilities are complete, there is a sofa bed and a small refrigerator that can fit a lot, the beach is also clean and there are no corals, the swimming pool is also large, it is very suitable for a family staycation

Strategic location, right on the main road, easy to find because the hotel is surrounded by buildings.
This is my second time checking in here, and nothing disappoints.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are all friendly, the facilities are complete, the swimming pool is spacious, the beach is very close behind the hotel, the breakfast is delicious and the menu is varied.
In short, it's very comfortable here, one night is not enough 😍

Hopefully it can be renovated soon, at least the wall paint, lighting and some parts that need to be tidied up so that it doesn't look scary... because the building is very big and has many corridors...

An old hotel currently undergoing renovations. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful in selecting a room according to your request. The swimming pool was large and there was a foam party. Kids' activities were good for kids (drawing, decorating donuts). Breakfast wasn't very varied, but the food was quite good.
Cons:
1. The TV in the room had poor channels. There was an internet connection, but Netflix, etc., couldn't be used.
2. The AC was cold but very noisy.
3. The shower leaked.
4. The toilet flush was small.
5. The bathtub didn't have a lid.
6. There was only one toothbrush holder.
7. There was no clothesline.
Hopefully, things will improve in the future...thank you.

It's been a long time since I've been back here. The room facilities are really good, the TV is new, the AC is new, and the bathroom facilities are all new. The breakfast is delicious and quite varied. You can go to the pool or the beach, and the sunset view is really beautiful. I'll come back here again next time.

Old hotel, a bit scary, building and facilities are poorly maintained. Room door handles need to be replaced. Windows, poor cleanliness, no hot water for showering, electric kettle is moldy/rusty. Swimming pool is dirty and mossy.

The hotel does look old, but upon entering, the room was nice and clean. The view was beautiful, although there wasn't a pool, but you could still see the beach on the left and right. The sand was coral-free, giving it a nice tropical vibe.

Marbella is gradually improving...

The toilet has been repaired... but there's no hot water in my room.
