overall everything is good..
maybe because it's an old hotel so it needs renovation here and there with a fair amount of cost..
It's a shame when we arrived the main pool couldn't be used..
so we used the other pool.
we stayed in a suite room..the room was spacious and roomy..we were 5 adults and 3 children..
outside the hotel is close to Alfamart so if you want to buy necessities you can still walk.

Overall everything is good.
For children there is a playground area and swimming pool.
For teenagers / adults there is also a place to play billiards, tennis courts, table tennis.
We booked a studio room but because we had upgraded to deluxe but were not charged extra.
if mom and younger siblings are in a suite room which is 1 room with 2 rooms.
The room is spacious and the sofa near the TV can be a sofa bed.
The kitchen is spacious, although the only drawback is that there is no stove and plates for eating (because the concept is not a villa)
In the back area there are stairs where we can go down to the beach
on the beach there are many games such as banana boats, parasailing, ATVs, Speedy boats.
you only ride the ATV 3 times back and forth it costs 60 thousand.
and you can take turns riding it.
The breakfast is quite varied and delicious..
It's just that because my husband doesn't like sausages and nuggets so he didn't try the buffet.
But there are still choices of chicken porridge, chicken noodles, breads, cakes, omelets, waffles, etc.
and for vegetarians there are still choices of salad and fruit.
just because it was crowded we couldn't check in early..

1. Check in should be ready at 14.00, but it was delayed until 5.
2. In-room facilities are very, very lacking. No toiletries. No wifi, even though other rooms have wifi. Towels, when checking in, were not there. After being asked, they were delivered. Dirty and worn sheets. Cigarette butts from previous occupants were still there. Small shower water, flowing like baby urine. Broken water tap. No mat.
MARBELLA is very unworthy of its 4-star rating.
My family and I will not stay there again, & will not recommend it.

stayed for 2 days (c-in Wednesday c-out Friday) at 2220B deluxe suite, the room is spacious, the AC is cold, the refrigerator is cold, the facilities are all functioning well, only the minus is the bathroom sink, the drain is clogged, the technician didn't come for 2 days.. brought children aged 1 year and 2 years old, they were happy here because they could go to the beach, there is a swimming pool & playground.. Friday night here is far from horror.. the children even felt at home every night they liked to play on the balcony.. the housekeeping, Mr. Rianfanda, is very friendly & kind, asked to change the sheets immediately and was quickly changed.. the security is friendly, the breakfast is also very delicious, served while everything is still warm.. the staff are friendly, especially the man in the orange shirt who offers breakfast every morning, he is very kind & friendly.. a child-friendly hotel.. later I'll come here again when I'm on leave, hopefully there won't be any more problems with the sink.

The best hotel for me since 2004 (South Marbella) Legend Hotel until now changed its name to Marbella Place Anyer..2025, still OKAY for me and I still go back and forth to stop by here every time I go to Anyer.. people say horror and all..hoax, yes, back again to each person's own characterš¤, Btw... the crew and staff are all friendly and fast, Kids friendly, good view, best moment, want to take pictures from any angle it must be aesthetic..really good, the BF is also varied, my Favo is the balado oxtail soupš„° & this hotel is gradually renovatingš..really good... thank you Marbella I will definitely come back again
