The location is strategic, across from the hotel there are 3 minimarkets, if you book a room only, you don't have to worry because there are many breakfast sellers across from the hotel, even though the hotel is old, the room is comfortable and the facilities are complete, there is a sofa bed and a small refrigerator that can fit a lot, the beach is also clean and there are no corals, the swimming pool is also large, it is very suitable for a family staycation

I was initially hesitant and worried about booking a room at this hotel after reading previous reviews. However, I decided to book it because I believe no one intentionally provides poor service and facilities to guests in this industry.
1. The location is very strategic and easily accessible. It's also close to a minimarket and restaurants. There's a beautiful beach with soft, gently sloping sand behind the hotel, offering a variety of beach attractions. We can access the beach through the back door without paying an entrance fee.
2. The building and facilities. I admit this hotel must have been grand and luxurious back then, but it's currently in disrepair. This only detracts from the aesthetic value, as we weren't forced to stay in damaged facilities. Therefore, we only booked rooms that were truly reliable and suitable. We stayed in a fairly spacious room with a connecting door, making it easy to supervise the children. The room was equipped with a living room and a balcony with views of the beach, as well as a TV with various channels. The air conditioning was also working well and cool. There was a bathtub with hot water. So, because not all rooms are reliable, it feels like guests live far apart, which has its pros and cons. I think this makes the rooms quieter. However, with such a large building, it can be a bit quiet. Management is also currently renovating, and there are under construction signs, which I really appreciate.
3. The staff and personnel are experienced and friendly. Check-in and check-out were also easy.
4. We also enjoyed breakfast at El Patio. The food was quite humble yet great-tasting. It felt like homey food cooked by our own mom. The presentation is simple but the taste is truly delicious. There are also stalls offering chicken porridge, green bean porridge, waffles made to order, an egg corner, and fried snacks.

even though it's an old hotel, it's really nice and comfortable to bring kids. It's also close to the beach, the pool area is nice to make kids stay all day. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly. The security is also friendly. The room area is clean, the bathroom is clean and fragrant. I stayed at Marbella for 2 days and didn't regret it. Hopefully the price won't get more expensive. So I can go there again. The people on the beach are also nice and friendly. The prices sold on the beach are cheap, not overly expensive. Large grilled corn is only 10 thousand.

I came to rent 3 rooms from Traveloka but when I arrived I was told the rooms were scattered and full, then directed by one of the staff of the connection room but asked to add money, I thought the payment was TF or something else, it turned out to be cash to the staff. Because I was tired, I added 400 thousand (the total we previously paid for 3 rooms for 2 days was 6 million), but because I was tired on the road and had indeed booked it suddenly, we didn't bother.
Arriving at the hotel area, it was indeed not well maintained, dirty, the elevator floor was really wet, the shower water was dirty, etc. The officer asked for a spoon from the afternoon after checking in until the next day but didn't come, the make-up room also had to complain first.
The food was not varied and the taste was very lacking.
The swimming pool could not be used, it was all moss or algae.
The only plus point is that it is close to the beach.
It turned out that after going around, many rooms had been sold and there were independent rentals of rooms near the beach.
There were just as many mosquitoes, and there were large monitor lizards around the parking lot that went into the gutter.
It seems like the first and last time I stay here.
