I love this hotel. We have stayed here for three nights. The room was big, we chose Premier king room with pool view. The staffs are friendly, every time we bumped into one of them, they always greet us with a smile. The food is also good, and free afternoon tea during our stay. Actually, afternoon tea is only for two people, but when my husband and my daughter went into Samara resto to enjoy their afternoon tea, the manager asked me why I didn’t join them. When I said it’s only for two, he said I can join them for free 🥰 I forgot his name, Dani or Bani. Thank you so much, we really appreciated it 🙏 This hotel is highly recommended, it has a lot of activities for kids and adults, and their swimming pool is legendary! Very big 😍 I think it’s more than 50m. Anyway, thank you Mason Pine, keep up the good work 🫰❤️

One of the highlights of our stay was the impressive array of facilities available. The swimming pool was a hit with the family, offering a great way to relax and enjoy some quality time together. The pool's amenities and cleanliness added to the overall enjoyment. Our room was a delightful haven of cleanliness and comfort. It's always reassuring to stay in a clean and well-maintained environment, and Mason Pine Hotel certainly delivered on that front. The cherry on top of our staycation was the refreshing weather. The cool, fresh air provided the perfect backdrop to our family bonding moments, making the experience even more memorable. Overall, our stay at Mason Pine Hotel was a fantastic and rejuvenating experience. From the efficient check-in to the excellent facilities, clean rooms, and refreshing weather, it was a getaway that exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return for another memorable stay!

This hotel is perfect for family staycation. lots of fun activities, such as kids pool, dry & wet playground, indoor playground, fitness trail, and many other will not easily boring your staycation. Breakfast meals are various, the restaurant also have open circulation so and all was clean properly. The cleanliness are superb. staff are awesome. overall this accommodation is very recommended.

All staff were very nice. The breakfast was great lots of choices and we tried 'jamu kunyit asem'👍😊. Enough size of swimming pool, my son had fun there. The room also big size and has bathtub in a bathroom which my son like it very much. definitely will come back for longer stay

What's unpleasant about Mason Pine is that the guests have no attitude. Even the children's play area can be a smoking area. You can find parents smoking everywhere without caring about their own children or other people's children. They're selfish. Mason Pine lacks staff and lacks a 'NO SMOKING AREA' sign!

We all loved it, and the hotel's hospitality was excellent and comfortable, evident from the moment we entered. From the lobby reception, I was served by Mr. Dicky, who was very helpful until late at night. Plus, the room service from Mr. Widi and his friends was excellent. Masha Allah, they were kind and very helpful. Thank you so much for everything you've done for me and my family. May your hospitality continue to improve and be trustworthy. Keep up the good work, and stay strong.
The food was delicious, especially the vegetables. The salad was fresh and separate, with pickles—something hotels rarely prepare—and grilled garlic. Masha Allah, the hospitality was amazing 🙏🏼

The hotel area is very spacious, with many facilities for children, the best being the heated children's pool. I really enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was quite varied and tasted okay. The only thing lacking was parking, but the staff helped with valet parking.

2 hours from Jakarta, finding this hotel feels like finding a treasure trove. The Executive Terrace King room is the best choice for bringing kids...lower floor access to the pool with a view of the trees 🌿☘️ an amazing bonus 🤫🫶
The kids' area is also spacious, and there's a garden with rabbits too...it's kid and family friendly 💯👌

A hotel with super complete facilities. Typical 5-star hotel food. Super comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you to Mr. Yayat, the driver who picked us up from Shuttle Whoosh Padalarang, he was very friendly. We should have been told about the room when we checked in, because we stayed here for 4 nights and couldn't comfortably stay there because it was so noisy from the upper floor, which was more than 10 times a day, not to mention the sheets weren't changed. Oh, this is an international hotel, right?

for 4 days sleeping here can't sleep soundly and very disturbed by the noise upstairs which every day more than 10 times there is shifting of chairs jumping and running and not cooperative since complaining on the first day for a 5 star hotel the sheets were not changed it feels like a shame the room was not cleaned up optimally

I stayed here for 4 days on the ground floor, it was really noisy from above (chairs being dragged, jumping gedebrug gedebrug running and not just once or twice but almost more than 10 times) from above every day and there was no confirmation from the receptionist that it would be noisy on the ground floor when checking in, as a result we didn't get enough rest, what was originally going to be a staycation was cancelled and on the last day we were given to move rooms, oh my, this is international class these days, even though it's busy, when there are going to be long stays, they should pay more attention to the room, we bought it at a price that's not cheap, this is the first time a 5 star hotel like Bintang Kejora and the room was cleaned up, the sheets weren't changed, it's amazing, really, really, maybe because it's full, it's just a shame.

The location is easy to find on the side of the main road. It's across from the culinary center so it's not difficult if you want to buy snacks. There are lots of kids' activities especially during this school holiday. I will definitely come back again.
