Check-in was a breeze, allowing us to start our getaway with ease. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth start to our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the impressive array of facilities available. The swimming pool was a hit with the family, offering a great way to relax and enjoy some quality time together. The pool's amenities and cleanliness added to the overall enjoyment. Our room was a delightful haven of cleanliness and comfort. It's always reassuring to stay in a clean and well-maintained environment, and Mason Pine Hotel certainly delivered on that front. The cherry on top of our staycation was the refreshing weather. The cool, fresh air provided the perfect backdrop to our family bonding moments, making the experience even more memorable. Overall, our stay at Mason Pine Hotel was a fantastic and rejuvenating experience. From the efficient check-in to the excellent facilities, clean rooms, and refreshing weather, it was a getaway that exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return for another memorable stay!

This hotel is perfect for family staycation. lots of fun activities, such as kids pool, dry & wet playground, indoor playground, fitness trail, and many other will not easily boring your staycation. Breakfast meals are various, the restaurant also have open circulation so and all was clean properly. The cleanliness are superb. staff are awesome. overall this accommodation is very recommended.

All staff were very nice. The breakfast was great lots of choices and we tried 'jamu kunyit asem'👍😊. Enough size of swimming pool, my son had fun there. The room also big size and has bathtub in a bathroom which my son like it very much. definitely will come back for longer stay

we had our lovely stay here. staying at pine suite with connecting room..it was big enough for family with kids. satisfied also with the services, breakfast etc. pool, pine bunny, playground were really made my day. please choose the new building for more comfortable stay. surely will recommend this hotel to others and comeback again someday. however, it would be more fun if they kids and pool has warm water indeed.

last minute booking 3 rooms, the standard king bed was sold out, the remaining twin bed, the room size is standard, not too narrow, but not too big, the room is clean, because I brought a 1 year old child so I asked for a baby crib facility, free, it's not noisy at night, so I can sleep soundly, unless there are hotel guests walking around, the hotel has many children's play facilities, very suitable for those who bring children aged 5 years and above, there is a children's pool, the water is warm, there is a ballroom filled with children's toys, then there are children's activities near the swimming pool, there is a fitness center, there is a sauna, jacuzzi, there is karaoke and indoor golf too (but I didn't try it), oh yeah there is a horse-drawn carriage too, during breakfast there is a clown, it's fun to staycation here, the breakfast is also delicious, many choices from end to end, there is a grass field for my child to ground, the staff is also quite friendly, oh yeah no less important got a free photo voucher 1 sheet framed again using a wooden and glass frame, and one more thing got a free pick-up and drop-off from Padalarang station to the hotel, great Anyway, I will come back again with my kids and family, it's worth the price for 2.5 million per night, oh yeah, the AC can also be turned off, but it's still cold, it just reduces it a bit when it's really cold, minerals are also free flow, unlike other hotels where they give limited amount

Not all the staff friendly, even some of them just looking no smile then went away. And also no greeting when i arrived, passing by the lobby include anywherer in the hotel area or leave the hotel, but they do to "others" in front of my eyes. it feels that they are taught to be racist to local muslim. Bad experience.

The mattress in my room made noises and was very unpleasant. This should have been checked before the room was occupied by guests. In my opinion, the food was lacking in terms of taste, but the restaurant staff who served us were very friendly and helpful.
