I love this hotel. We have stayed here for three nights. The room was big, we chose Premier king room with pool view. The staffs are friendly, every time we bumped into one of them, they always greet us with a smile. The food is also good, and free afternoon tea during our stay. Actually, afternoon tea is only for two people, but when my husband and my daughter went into Samara resto to enjoy their afternoon tea, the manager asked me why I didn’t join them. When I said it’s only for two, he said I can join them for free 🥰 I forgot his name, Dani or Bani. Thank you so much, we really appreciated it 🙏 This hotel is highly recommended, it has a lot of activities for kids and adults, and their swimming pool is legendary! Very big 😍 I think it’s more than 50m. Anyway, thank you Mason Pine, keep up the good work 🫰❤️

We had an amazing stay at Mason Pine Hotel Bandung. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers so many activities for children, from play areas to sports facilities and even a horse-drawn carriage (delman) ride! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is also convenient and easy to reach from the toll exit gate. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience!

One of the recommended hotels for a staycation because it's very kid-friendly. There's a wide selection of activities, both indoor and outdoor. The entire staff is friendly. There's also a free shuttle for those using Whoosh.

Okay on my second day at this hotel i moved from three stars pine building to mason which is improvement if you are staying at bussiness i suggest choose the executive if you wanted staycation choose premiere one. I choose premiere one is just better than executive one. But the receptionist in mason is just a complete improvement from the pine lobby. But i still dont like the breakfast.

The breakfast was okay.. the staff in pine lobby is not really the best, or friendly or even helpful at all really. This hotel has two building hence they have two lobby, one is the pine lobby and building and the other one is called the mason lobby and building. The mason one is more expensive than pine but more worth it. The receptionist in mason is actually helpful and friendly and they smile. The one in pine they dont even smile at all really its not they are being rude they are being normal i guess like how would meet a person just you know those just ah yes you kinda demeanor and they are not that helpful. So after staying in pine side building for a one night i move to the mason for the rest of two night also the breakfast is okay is just there and tahts it the flavor is just that. I dont know the breakfast didnt fit my tastebud.

The hotel staff was very helpful upon check-in. The engineering staff also helped with a leak (water dripping) above the bathroom sink in room 1609. Although there was still a little dripping that night, it was still okay. Next time I will stay here again 👍

The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of snacks.
The only downside was the room price; it seemed more expensive than the typical 5-star hotel in Bandung.
The pool was relaxing, and there were plenty of activities for kids.
It's perfect for a staycation, just stay at the hotel. Enjoy the hotel's amenities.
