I love this hotel. We have stayed here for three nights. The room was big, we chose Premier king room with pool view. The staffs are friendly, every time we bumped into one of them, they always greet us with a smile. The food is also good, and free afternoon tea during our stay. Actually, afternoon tea is only for two people, but when my husband and my daughter went into Samara resto to enjoy their afternoon tea, the manager asked me why I didn’t join them. When I said it’s only for two, he said I can join them for free 🥰 I forgot his name, Dani or Bani. Thank you so much, we really appreciated it 🙏 This hotel is highly recommended, it has a lot of activities for kids and adults, and their swimming pool is legendary! Very big 😍 I think it’s more than 50m. Anyway, thank you Mason Pine, keep up the good work 🫰❤️

We had an amazing stay at Mason Pine Hotel Bandung. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers so many activities for children, from play areas to sports facilities and even a horse-drawn carriage (delman) ride! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is also convenient and easy to reach from the toll exit gate. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience!

jujur I thought the room will be more spacey since this is 5 stats hotel but imo too narrow for the cheapest at 2.5 mio in holiday ya. but the environment is cool and is really fun for children's play.

it was degrading comfort compared to my visit last year. Saturday morning around 6.15 we took breakfast on table facing the beautiful garden yet the surrounding floor was quite messy still some leftovers not yet cleaned. we heard one of worker/supervisor yelling others which was inconvenient for us to have nice morning breakfast vibes. overall F&B team looked like unorganized. spaghetti served awfully sweet hence may daughter left it unfinished. security and FO people are not so friendly and welcoming as we felt last year

I had a nice stay here, though not everything was beyond my expectations.
Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel has a cozy vibe with decent facilities. My room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the superb scenery around the hotel — it made the stay feel relaxing. They also provide bike rentals, which is a fun way to explore the area, plus a shuttle bus to and from KCIC that made traveling super convenient.
Food: I only tried the breakfast, and it was good. The options were enough to start the day well, though nothing too special.
Staff Assistance: The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed something, which made the stay smoother.
Highlights: The scenery, bike rental, and KCIC shuttle service really stood out for me, since all of them added extra enjoyment and convenience.
Price: For what I paid, I’d say it was fair value overall.

My third experience at Mason Pine. Check-in was easy and fast, the receptionists were friendly, the rooms were nice and renovated, and the breakfast options could be expanded, as the items are all the same, but the location is different.
