New hotel. Clean. Nice room especially the sea view room with balcony. Reasonable price. Well-located. Walking distance to anything a tourist needs. Very kind, warm and helpful staff. Very nice restaurant with sea view. Good for sunset. Good taste. Reasonable price

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, even the receptionist is very unworthy to be called a hotel, even with such a price, very very very dirty. At 2 o'clock I couldn't check in because there were already guests before, I waited until 3 o'clock and I still couldn't get in..

The balcony rooms are a wonderful oasis with phenomenal views in the middle of what is otherwise a dusty construction site. There was a weird must smell in the room when we entered until we aired it out a bit, but it was all perfectly clean, just a bit old and dated. Don't expect luxury, but it is what it is.

So far so good, when I first arrived I was surprised because the hotel was under renovation. But inside it was nice. The location is not far from the city center, strategic near food stalls. The view from the 4th floor is also really cool. It just needs to be rejuvenated with the items in the room, especially the glass in the bathroom. Please also vary the breakfast in the morning.

Hotelnya belum jadi dan masih dalam pembangunan, tapi sudah open room. Bau cat, ada tukang di depan kamar, becek karena lantai belum selesai dibangun. Sarapannya cuma sop + telor aja, mending ga usah ada sarapan ðŸ˜. Sebenernya view dari kamar sangat bagus, cuma ya masak hotel belum jadi udah open room sih.

The location is good and close to restaurants or the pier. When booking we requested an ocean view room, but when we checked in we were given a room that was not suitable. And the FO did not provide any information about the reason why our request could not be granted. Either they did not understand our request or they did not care. The hotel was under renovation so it was very noisy from the activities of construction workers, and once again the hotel felt no need to provide any information to guests, let alone just Appologize. Even when checking out we stepped on cement that was still wet because it was lying in front of the room door without any warning.

The room maintenance is bad with electrical power socket jumped of the wall, dirty bed sheet, smells toilet. The only good things are it is close to port and the balcony provides a direct view to the sea.
