Nice hotel located in the heart of the city. Absolutely love the view of my room in the fifth floor, it's comfy and minimalist. The overall ambience is just right. Great selection of international TV channels. The staff are responsive and friendly, especially room service attendant called Azis. Excellent service. Overall, great value for money. Abso-bloody-lutely recommended.

The first time checking in was a bit complicated because we had to survey the room first because the Front Office informed us that the room that was ready was a smoking room, we refused because I was pregnant. Finally, we were given a room by surveying the non-smoking room first because there was an exhaust in the room, but it turned out to be in the bathroom. It's normal if it's in a hotel bathroom. For the service, it's quite good, for breakfast and the standard taste of the menu, it's not very varied for that price. Overall, it's good and good for a hotel in the city center.

The room was clean and okay. I was just a little disappointed. I had booked a non-smoking room but was still given a smoking room. Then I was told to pay an additional 50,000 IDR per night if I wanted a non-smoking room, because they had upgraded me to the room above my reservation. I decided not to upgrade. Why would I spend more money if it was their negligence?

If I go to Jakarta, I will definitely stay here, but unfortunately, the room I usually use with the Monas view is now closed with the new building that was built😔, but regarding cleanliness, Maxone Platinum is definitely okay.

This hotel is my regular when I'm in Jakarta, I always stay here, usually during the annual palace ceremony. But unfortunately, yesterday I booked a non-smoking room, but it smelled of cigarette smoke. Even though the room was already written as non-smoking. I wanted to complain because I was tired from preparing for the palace ceremony, so never mind, but usually the rooms are okay.
