on the first day of check in, the room smelled very bad of urine, the floor was sandy, the sheets were dirty, there were no towels or mats, and the check in time was postponed until we had to wait quite a long time, but the service was good and friendly, so after being informed, they immediately followed up, so on the second day the room was very clean 😊👍🏽🙏🏽

Thank you to the receptionist, sorry for checking in 1 hour early because I was really sleepy. I ordered a double bed room, but there was a twin bed available, so they put the beds together for me. It's the best 🙏
