A very pleasant staycation for a birthday celebration. Slow on the check-in and still asking for deposit at 200K. Helpful FO staff and very informative. Spacious room and clean, but the brown tiny pillow smells awful and some ants colony stays inside the teacup. Internet very very slow and disconnected all the time, Television needs to upgrade. The blanket is also so old-fashioned. Breakfast was awesome, many varieties, standard on taste (for my taste it was too salty) Fast check-out and definitely will coming back again.

The building is not new, but well maintained. The location is perfect in the central town, the room is clean and spacious, the TV is too small tough. The parking lot is ample. My child was very happy with the pool and the greenery around.

The room is nice, quiet and comfy. The ala carte menu and breakfast is delicious. Too bad the Executive Lounge is close during the pandemic, but overall it is a nice experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall good experience. The service was pleasant, and the food was also quite good. However, there is one area that needs improvement: the quality of the beds. Compared to other hotels in the same class, the beds here fall short. They were not as comfortable as I expected, which affected the quality of my sleep. I believe upgrading the beds would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Despite this, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, especially if they address this issue.

Avoid stay at room on 1st floor with city view because too much noise from parking lot and street. Stay at room with pool view instead.

The location is great, in the main road but only 250 m walking to Malioboro. The food offered in breakfast is varied and delicious, the restaurant space is also huge to cater the guests. What disturbed me was the sound from the streer singer. It was so loud that it reached the hotel rooms. Lucky me, it stopped in the evening.
