The room is comfortable, clean, the bathroom too, every day the housekeeping comes to clean the room, very happy to be able to stay here 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 the service is also very friendly and can communicate via WA or telephone, very satisfied staying here, sorry if during my stay here I had many shortcomings in words and deeds, always success for Mercure Nexa!

Love this hotel, comfy and good price

During my 5 nights stay here it was very pleasant and I really liked it, but it would be better if the lighting, especially in the room, was maximized when making coffee or tea when there is no adequate lighting, other than that Mercure Nexa is still the right choice to be the best accommodation 👍🏻

Okay, everything is close, and there are lots of culinary spots around the hotel. The room is quiet and private. The only downside is that the road in front of the hotel is often congested, but it's not too bad.

The breakfast is not very varied, the bed has stains, the room is not soundproof, you can still hear people chatting in the next room, the amenities are also not complete... please upgrade the amenities again

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Comfortable, Strategic, and Friendly Service! I stayed for two nights at the Mercure Nexa Bandung and was very satisfied with the experience. The location is very strategic, close to Gedung Sate and the city center. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable for resting or working. The breakfast is quite varied and delicious, and the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Facilities like the indoor pool and gym are also well-maintained. My only complaint is that parking is a bit limited, but it's still tolerable. Highly recommended for a staycation or business trip in Bandung. I will be back!

The AC is cool, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and always smiling. The gym and facilities are great, and I'd definitely return if I happen to have an event at BDG.

Overall, it's good. There were some issues with the bidet, but they were resolved quickly. The room is adequate, not too big. It's clean, smells good, and the AC is cool. The lobby is comfortable.

everything is quite good. But the towels look dirty and worn out, some are even torn. The minibar in the room doesn’t work—even after being replaced, it still doesn’t turn on. The lighting in the room is also a bit too dim.

Good food, varied, cleanliness is okay

Every time I go to Bandung I always stay at this hotel, but instead of improving, it's better, but it's actually lacking. Why?? For a hotel like Mercure, for mineral water in the room you have to use refillable glass bottles, not bottled water?! Then I booked a privilege room for 2 people but I only got 1 refill dental kit and only got 1 hotel slipper even though I was staying with my husband and child. There's also no hand soap, no shower cap either 🤦‍♀️ why are things getting less and less even though such small things are really needed when staying with family in a hotel. And the refrigerator is also not cold, so the milk I bought at the farm house just went bad. Please improve and be better because it happens that every time I go to Bandung I always stay at Nexa, but sorry this time I'm a little discouraged.

Location very strategic and surrounded by cafe and restaurant/food stall.

So far the best Mercure I have ever stayed. the bedroom and bathroom were very nice and comfortable. A few small details that became plus points for me compared to other similar hotel: 1. small faucet under the shower is very helpful for moslems to do the abolishing (wudhu), not every hotel has this. 2. water dispenser in the room hallway, you can refill your drink anytime you want. some other hotels limit drink to 2-4 bottles a day. 3. regarding the valet parking service, when you want to go out, tell the valet officer the time you want to go and they will prepare your car at the lobby so you dont have to wait for them to get your car from the next building. some other hotels take a long time to get your car.
