Very good ambience. My baby feel like home here. Extend the room for 2 days. But, the breakfast menu is less varied. Waited too long when checkout at receptionist :( Thank you Mercure Padang, for the room and services. We are glad for the improvement ahead!

The room is spacious and comfy. My favorit is the breakfast dessert menu. So yummy. And the bread and pastry tastes so god.

The rooms are clean, but unlike Mercure Jakarta, the room is not equipped with a personal health care kit (hand sanitizer and mask). Because this is a business visit, disappointed with the quality of the internet network.
