Mercure Samarinda

Well, Mercure is one of the best in town 😊.

Beautiful hotel with modern look and exactly at the city center.  Nothing is perfect but we would definitely will stay here again in the near future. Pro: beautiful hotel in the city center and can be accessed through small mall (city centrum), has swimming pool (which too bad can't be enjoyed during our evening since there was an employee gathering & too crowded during the next morning when we stayed), modern room with beautiful view (I had a chance to witness a beautiful sunset during my evening time when we stayed there), offer good TV technology with not only offer channel TV options but also knowledge of Samarinda best things to do, Delicious foods with reasonable hotel price and portions, All staffs are friendly and professionals, and hotel is definitely best for families. What can be improved : the choice of breakfast (somehow I feel like the buffet kurang komplit; Saran sebaiknya lauk nya tersedia yang tidak pedas cth: ayam goreng biasa, atau ayam goreng asam manis krn main meal yg kids friendly hanya sosis asam manis at that time; Ada bubur ayam but I feel like opsi makanan utama nya bisa di improve lagi), check in time (we had to wait for another +-40minutes since check in time 14:00 to enter ready room; We expected it wasn't that long), and the AC (should be checked regularly, we had to ask OB to raise the temperatures as it was hot)

Room space good, clean room, helpful staff, warm greeting, nice welcoming drink. Breakfast many variety, but the taste need improvement, less seasoning. Great location.

The front liners are great, very friendly, and helpful for finding the best room for me. Honestly, I was a little bit detailed and clearly said wanted the best experience at Mercure and they understand the assignment and fulfilled it. Too bad I'd choose not to have a buffet breakfast package because planning to have a culinary traveling around Samarinda for breakfast to dinner. Maybe next time I'll have the breakfast package. Thank you for your warm welcome. Ohh for a note (an important one), the wifi connection is terrible, unstable and I was cannot work using your wifi. Please repair it for your benefit.

Very comfortable at Mercure, all the facilities are as expected 🥰 from the bedroom, complete and delicious breakfast, swimming pool is also fun, plus direct access to City Sentrum Mall, the best for families 🫶🏻

The rooms are quite spacious, just not soundproof, the hot water is okay, the breakfast is delicious, everything is delicious, the location is also very strategic, will definitely be back.

A very strategic hotel in one building with the city century mall. Complete hotel facilities. Recommended. Too bad I only had 2 nights to stay. Vacation to Samarinda just stay at the Mercure hotel

For hotel prices in Samarinda, Mercure is the best. Even though the facilities are okay and what we like the most, so it's the same as a mall which has a place for children's toys and a cinema. The view from everywhere is good. Want to view the pool or the city, everything is okay.

New and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is varied. Location in the city center.
