My stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary utilities, making it extremely comfortable. In-room service was fast, efficient, and attentive to every request. The location is also perfect just a short walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza and Indomaret, which made everything so convenient. All the staff, from the doorman to the reception, were genuinely warm, friendly, and professional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The location is only a few light walks away from Tunjungan Plaza, which is nice. The room itself is nice and a proper rest is possible here. I applaud the shower too which has functioning partition door to separate it from the toilet. For this price, its really good!

It was a great experience during stayed at midtown hotel Surabaya, I always stay here when I visit Surabaya. It is a nice hotel to stay. The rooms are neat and clean. There are smoking and non smoking on different floor. The staffs are very nice and friendly, helpful. Facility are in good condition. Aircond was working properly. Location is in the heart of city. Very recommended for the price. It worthy. Keep it up Midtown team

The room was clean, spacious enough with a well-positioned and private bathroom, good hot water, good location and room comfort. The price was relatively cheap, but parking had to be in the valley because parking spaces were limited, so I didn't know where to park.

We couldn't get into the hotel, the road was closed due to a demonstration, the hotel didn't want to compensate us for our stay... it was really disappointing ๐๐๐๐ in the end we had to forfeit our room for 1 night
