My stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary utilities, making it extremely comfortable. In-room service was fast, efficient, and attentive to every request. The location is also perfect just a short walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza and Indomaret, which made everything so convenient. All the staff, from the doorman to the reception, were genuinely warm, friendly, and professional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very strategically located near the largest shopping mall in Surabaya. It's very close to McDonald's and KFC, which are also nearby. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean. The rooms are very spacious and offer stunning views of the surrounding buildings. The elevator is very fast to the upper floors. As for food, I didn't have time for breakfast there. The price is not too expensive. If I ever come to Surabaya again, I will stay at the Midtown Hotel again.

For a 3-star hotel, Hotel Midtown Surabaya exceeded expectations, starting from the friendliness of the staff, the speed of CI and CO, the size of the room, the housekeeping service, access to the city center and the mall, it was all good. What needs to be improved is that the mineral water refill feels strange, it seems like it needs an additional water booster pump so the shower is stronger.

The room is comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It's just a shame I stayed here yesterday when the hotel was being renovated. I want to stay here again, still curious about the Marvelous room type hehehe.. Maybe I'll wait until the hotel renovations are finished. The only thing that's a bit lacking is probably the parking space. Yesterday our car was so full that we had to park it outside.

For a 3-star hotel, Hotel Midtown Surabaya exceeded expectations, starting from the friendliness of the staff, the speed of CI and CO, the size of the room, the housekeeping service, access to the city center and the mall, it was all good. What needs to be improved is that the mineral water refill feels strange, it seems like it needs an additional water booster pump so the shower is stronger.

The room is comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It's just a shame I stayed here yesterday when the hotel was being renovated. I want to stay here again, still curious about the Marvelous room type hehehe.. Maybe I'll wait until the hotel renovations are finished. The only thing that's a bit lacking is probably the parking space. Yesterday our car was so full that we had to park it outside.
