The location is only a few light walks away from Tunjungan Plaza, which is nice. The room itself is nice and a proper rest is possible here. I applaud the shower too which has functioning partition door to separate it from the toilet. For this price, its really good!

It was a great experience during stayed at midtown hotel Surabaya, I always stay here when I visit Surabaya. It is a nice hotel to stay. The rooms are neat and clean. There are smoking and non smoking on different floor. The staffs are very nice and friendly, helpful. Facility are in good condition. Aircond was working properly. Location is in the heart of city. Very recommended for the price. It worthy. Keep it up Midtown team

The staff are very friendly.. From the front to the back, everyone is friendly.. The hotel is close to everywhere.. The room is comfortable.. Only the bathroom is a bit small.. But it's okay.. I don't go to the bathroom often. The breakfast has a lot of variations.. Delicious.. Thank you

This hotel is very close to the city center. It's a short walk to the TP.
The rooms are very spacious, with good Wi-Fi, and complete amenities. It's suitable for staycations or business trips. The breakfast menu is also quite varied and tasty.
Unfortunately, when I stayed, one of the elevators was broken, so I had to wait quite a long time to get down. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.
