This is an honest review
Positive:
Near Malioboro, just walking distance, also close to Tugu station, friendly guard
Water heater is available, water is smooth
Negative:
To get to the room you have to climb stairs, which is a bit difficult for elderly people
AC is not too cold
Blanket is thin and has holes, sheets too...
Suggestion: please fix it in the future...
Next time I want to stay here again... God willing...

The place is cool, strategic too, close to Malioboro, the rooms have AC, fan, tv & a fairly large bathroom. Here you can get towels & bath soap too, around the hotel there are also many salesmen & minimarkets so you don't have to go far to find necessities.

Sangat menyenangkan, kamar sesuai yang ditawarkan, kamar mandi sangat luas, pelayanan hotel ramah, dekat dengan malioboro dan stasiun tugu, fasilitas ac dan water heater ok, dapat sarapan, walaupun pernah kelupaan satu hari kelewat untuk sarapan, tapi diganti untuk makan malam.

The place is pretty comfortable in front of the park there is only 200 malioboro. Home self-service food is plentiful. Smoking area for those who smoke. Room AC and fan.

The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean, the minus is the lack of toothbrush + toothpaste, overall OK. It's just right there when there was a group of mothers and fathers who were very noisy from 4 am really annoying, but for the very friendly staff and super close location to Malioboro, another good day at the monica hotel 😍

Staying here is pleasant even though it is cheap but very comfortable, I stay with a toddler, go anywhere near and after check-out I can get my belongings first because I go home late in the evening waiting for the train schedule.

The rooms are clean, the water is all blazing fast, the air conditioner is also cold and very close to Malioboro. But for breakfast we have to say first if we don't say we won't be given breakfast, I think breakfast is still delivered to the room that already has breakfast facilities so we don't look around anymore to ask for breakfast because it's our right.
