Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.

At first I was only given 1 towel but after I asked at the receptionist it was finally delivered 1 more. The facilities are quite satisfactory, there is a hairdryer so you don't have to worry if you wash your hair at night. The minus is that it's inside the Blu Plaza, so if you go to Gofood, you have to add parking fees and take drinking water from the dispenser in the corridor on each floor.

Sorry, this is the first time I'm disappointed with Red Planet. Usually when I transit in Palembang I often use Red Planet and not like this. In my room the air conditioner leaked, the TV didn't work, the shower water came out sometimes cold, all of a sudden hot water, all luckily it didn't burn. There are no dental kits either. To park here the car is charged 25K / night. Maybe it's a bad thing.

Early in the queue to check in because there was only 1 officer guarding the gentlemen. At check-in, you are asked to fill in your personal data and asked if you have stayed here before? When I want my TTD, it's a bit strange how come my cellphone number and address don't match all of them (I assume the FO deliberately changed the address and phone number so he can get bonus/points maybe from Redplanet) from there it's not good. For a very fast lift, the hallways are very dimly lit. I got a room on the 5th floor, room 518 Corner. At night I had unpleasant experiences starting from lots of mosquitoes, super slow internet, and also I was disturbed by spirits with several times the fan in my room turned on by itself even though I didn't turn it on and on. I want to move rooms, I'm lazy because I have to report the FO downstairs, so I have to rest with an uncomfortable feeling. For spirits, I don't blame, I only blame the class of this hotel, how come there are so many mosquitoes. The maintenance of the room is bad until the window can't be closed because the window hook is broken. The mattress is pretty good even though it's a bit wobbly. For drinking water, only glasses and bottles are provided for water refills. We have to fill it ourselves into the dispenser in front of the elevator. At checkout, it's also a waste of time to ask the customer how the experience is / ask if you need to find transportation / not, so give me the key, that's all. A hotel in a class that is much better than that, FO is humble-humble and communicative, but I stay here instead like this. Surprisingly on the front are certificates of awards. Pas mau breakfast udah ga ada makanannya padahal dateng jam 08.30. Semua udah habis, tinggal cuci piring aja. AC kamar bocor, tapi staff nya ramah-ramah kok.

Hotelnya masuk komplek mall jadi kalo ojol ngntar makanan keluar hotel dan juga ojol mau keluar jemput ada biayanya, showernya jamuran, gelasnya seperti bekas tamu sebelumnya gak dibalik atau ditutup dan dibersihin, hotel gak ada sarapan, tapi receptionnya ramah.
