Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.

Helpful staffs especially upon check in early in the morning. Also special mention to front office staff, Akbar. Very polite and good service. Anyway, great stay and good location. Near hospital and mall as well as Bekasi timur toll gate.

best hot water, spacious bathroom, shower like a waterfall, nice clean cool room, there is AC and fan weee wkwk.. overall okay.. but unfortunately when checking in again on the last day there was a little problem on the wall next to the bed.. but I have conveyed the details to the receptionist, hopefully they will respond well. overall great

It's strange that the person who ordered it on Traveloka said it was non-smoking. What's the point of having a feature to choose that? In the end, they gave me a non-smoking room and I had to pay again. I was disappointed, otherwise it was okay.

Honest review, Monoloog, which has a network in many cities, should take its hotels seriously. I only stayed once. The room was overdue for renovation, the walls were peeling, there was no table, amenities, and the bathroom was gloomy. I had to ask for towels and wait an hour for them to be delivered.

I've stayed at Monolog many times, and it's truly that comfortable. The staff is also very friendly. Yesterday, I got a room with a dirty blanket. I asked for a replacement and was offered a room change.
