I dont recommend this hotel at all
It is very noisy especially there is a club nearby running loud music whole night, and there is no sound proof for the walls of the rooms. Also bee sheets and pillows are stainy and dirty. Staff are not friendly which is surprising to me because i know the locals are super friendly but the hotel manager and supervisor are not friendly at all

The hotel is very aesthetic. It is also close to Kuta Beach and the Mandalika Circuit. There are also many shopping centers and souvenir shops around the hotel.

Strategic location close to the beach. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms because the building is relatively new. The restaurant is problematic, when I arrived at 08:15 for breakfast, the food in the container was empty, there were no officers to check and refill periodically. When I complained to the officer, I was told to wait because of the crowded guests, but this should not have happened if it was managed properly. The breakfast table used by other people, was not immediately cleaned by the officer.

The check-in process was smooth and fast, the hotel location is very strategic, just a short walk to Kuta Mandalika beach. Wanting to buy personal needs is also easy because there are many minimarkets. There are souvenir shops along the way to buy souvenirs. This hotel is the right alternative if you don't get an oceanview hotel

Location and room cleanliness is good, but the strange hotel policy is frontline desk is asking additional charge for our children IDR 150 ribu when we checked in, just to be careful for family who want to book the room with children.

As we check in at late night & checked out early morning, we didn't have much time to explore the area. Hotel is new and clean. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast only served at 7.00am, the hotel had provided us pack breakfast as we had to leave to airport for our early flight.
