The staff was helpful. We arrived around 10 AM and directly got here, then she suggested that we can check in. But, the next day we have to check out around that time.
The room facility wasn’t good enough for superior category. AC was old and the cold temperature isn’t work properly. The TV remote was broken, so we can actually enjoy the program. Until, we borrow remote from the other room. If you want to have room in upper floor, think again, the wifi couldn’t get into our room.

For the price of 250 thousand, it's ok, standard and quite good for resting. The AC is really cold. It's just not soundproof. Sounds from outside can be heard inside

Q sering check in di sini, saat nginep d hr kemaren trakhir br masalah di ac mati trus jadi jam istirahat trganggu sempat kompain tp tidak digubris bralesan kamar penuh. Akhirny saya memaksa untuk pindah kamar akhir nya dapet deh kamar yang saya inginkn. Pesan saya. Tolong lebih diprhatikn untuk ac nya agar kami yang nginap jadi betah dan tidak trganggu untuk complain.

The AC in some rooms was so hot I couldn't sleep. Even though the place is comfortable and clean, I really like this hotel. Please service the AC and clean the AC drain hole in the bathroom, lots of black worms coming out of the AC hose in the bathroom, in the upstairs room especially, there are so many worms, I'm getting goosebumps, I'm afraid to shower 😫.

Stayed here for 2 days, only 1 TV channel, annoying, I paid more than 200 thousand, only the cashier was friendly, nice, the room was sad, I don't know who the boss of the MP Purwakarta Hotel is, the room facilities weren't good, The AC was leaking, dripping water on the mattress, I won't be a regular here again, I'll give up, just 2 days is enough, everywhere is complete with TV channels in every hotel, with good AC, the first stay can have breakfast, the second there isn't any, even though the rental price is the same 226 thousand, terrible.
