It's been 4 times that I've been given a room where the TV doesn't work. The same reason is that I haven't used the STB, it's still under repair... the point is that the service has declined.

I often stay here but yesterday I was a little disappointed because I booked a deluxe type hotel room and the room was not very clean, there were lots of small cockroaches. I was replaced with a room of the same type but it was still the same and finally I asked to be changed to an apartment type room and the room was much cleaner. My suggestion is to improve the cleanliness, the staff are quite friendly.
