I often stay here but yesterday I was a little disappointed because I booked a deluxe type hotel room and the room was not very clean, there were lots of small cockroaches. I was replaced with a room of the same type but it was still the same and finally I asked to be changed to an apartment type room and the room was much cleaner. My suggestion is to improve the cleanliness, the staff are quite friendly.

It was very dirty, with ants and stains everywhere. The toilet water also smelled very bad. I only checked in for 4 hours, then left and checked out immediately when I returned.

Hmm, I've been here 4 times, but this is the first time the bed sheets are dirty and musty, unlike usual. They're actually comfortable, but it's really obvious that they haven't been changed. Next time, please change them 🙏
