First time staying here, highly recommended, friendly staff, cool facilities.. happened to bring kids, there's a playground too so it makes you feel at home, just ps want to add more but it's already fully booked.. what a shame. The kids are very comfortable. PKK is fun, next time I go on holiday to Jogja ๐ฅฐ๐

Arrived at the hotel around 18.00 - 18.30, at the hotel door there was no security & bellboy on standby, as a result I unloaded and put in my suitcase & bag alone because my wife was already holding 1 kid & 1 toddler, arrived at the front desk my wife continued to check in and the drama continued while my wife was still in the process of checking in I took the initiative to park the car in the basement again there were no officers downstairs so I had difficulty accessing back up to the 1st floor because it turned out that access to the elevator required a card, finally went up and went back through the car path ๐
The receptionists & restaurant officers were friendly.

At first, the entrance to the hotel was a bit scary, because it looked like 2 buildings were abandoned, but after entering the hotel, it was a bit calmer because there were quite a lot of guests staying there.
