The location is great, close to everything. It smells great too. The lobby is beautiful and unique. The staff, from the security guards and front desk agents to housekeeping, are all excellent and helpful. This is my second stay and it's always a good experience.

Great location near to coffee and bakery shop, also near to the city center, lovely place to stay, huge bed fit 2 adults and 1 toddler. Love the hotel's design, smells good. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful during check in and check out, the room is clean, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean, the water is flowing smoothly, the surrounding conditions are comfortable, the service is very good.

I chose a family room. It was nice because it had an upstairs bunk. The staff was friendly. It was just a bit cramped. Overall, though, this hotel is recommended for those in transit.

The hotel was clean, and the service was excellent. The only problem was that the water heater wouldn't work in the morning, only turning it on at night. Otherwise, it was top-notch. 😁🙏🏻

The hotel was clean, the location was easy to find, and the staff was helpful. The downside was that the rooms weren't soundproof, so even the slightest noise could be heard, as well as the noise from people walking back and forth and traffic on the street. The hot water wouldn't work, and the air conditioning wasn't positioned correctly, making the upper bunk and the back bunk, which were enclosed by a wall, overheat, and the air conditioning wasn't blowing evenly.
