Dirty room, there were biscuits left under the pillow, dusty bedsheets, unclean pillowcases, stained bedsheets, AC not cold, dirty toilet hole (blackish), bathroom door can't be closed, narrow parking, unfriendly service, no solution, not responsive (hard to find). Not recommended.

The bathroom was not very clean, the shower and toilet were detached, there was no soap dish and no sink, it was very damp, the mattress was 'sagging' down and was very uncomfortable.

I got a price of 600+++ per night, when I checked in the room smelled of musty, the sheets and pillow cases smelled really musty, the bathroom was dirty with toothbrush marks... I checked out right away... really disappointing.

1. The motorcycle parking lights were off, so the front was dark and it was very prone to theft because the hotel was right on the side of the road and there was no garage.
2. The bed and mattress definitely made a 'kretek-kretek' sound when used for sleeping and it was very disturbing, even though just a little movement would definitely make a sound (room 301).
3. Didn't ask for a room with a connecting door, but instead was given a room with a connecting door. Just worry, because we don't know the next room.
4. When we first arrived, the blanket had lots of stains and was clearly visible. Finally asked for a replacement and was allowed.
5. Please repair the damage to each room, so that it is more comfortable for visitors. It's a shame because this hotel is close to access everywhere.

Those who reviewed the score 9 and 10 were suspected to be the hotel's orders, even though the score was 1. As follows: the bathroom was dirty. The room was full of ants. The window was broken and couldn't be opened, the wood was rotten. The blanket had marks like an island. There were lots of rats running around in front of the receptionist. Advantages: the receptionist was friendly, but you have to be observant when working with them.
