Nirvana Villas Puncak

The hotel is good, this is my second time there, the hotel is clean and easily accessible from the Puncak highway, overall it is good except for some services that are not very good from the housekeeping such as amenities and telephone service which are broken and not fixed so you have to walk to the receptionist if you need something.

The villa is comfortable, clean and highly recommended for your vacation with your family 😊

Overall it's really good, I just regret that the staff is still a bit slow to respond, calls from the villa to housekeeping are never answered so I have to go to the receptionist first.. The faucet for the washing machine is leaking, the light in the exhaust fan is also broken, so I cook in the dark.. Hopefully it can be fixed soon.. thanks..

The location and access of the villa are good, the receptionist service is very good, the cleanliness of the rooms and buildings is very good, the cutlery is complete, the gallon water refill is also fast and there is a ready-to-use washing machine too. When checking in, a deposit of 1,750,000 is requested but when checking out it is immediately returned quickly. The only drawback in my opinion is that the hot water from the shower only comes out a little, so taking a shower is rushed before the hot water runs out. The rest is good and pleasant. All the staff are friendly and will probably come back again 😘

The experience of staying at nirvana villa is impressive, worth it with its location, it's just a shame there's no breakfast, you have to bring your own food and ingredients. Overall, it's okay, next time I'll come back if I have the money. Thank you🙏🙏🙏

Weekend calculations with the location still in Cisarua for me are cheap and worth it. All services are good and friendly. The facilities are complete and all clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Villa 4 kamar yang bagus dengan harga terjangkau, lokasi tidak jauh dari taman safari. Saat check in deposit Rp. 1.750.000, proses check out juga cepat dan mudah.

Villanya bersih, nyaman, dan badroomnya juga wangi. Fasilitas lengkap, cuma handuknya aja kalau sudah bolong jangan dipake lagi harusnya

As for the facilities, everything is okay, but as for the service, I am very disappointed, where the villa rules are very rigid, if you exceed the capacity, instead of being charged, you are not allowed to stay, you are only allowed to visit (even though the whole family only exceeds 3 people from what is stated in the application, and 2 of them are minors. ) Can you imagine if guests from far away just because they exceeded capacity, instead of just being charged, were instead gently expelled on the grounds that they exceeded capacity? For me, it's not fair because when I stay at any hotel or villa, the rule is that if you exceed people, at least you have to charge a fee (don't have to go home, which is more). Please improve this system and rethink it because it's a shame that the facilities are okay, but the service and rules are very bad. does not make sense.

The villa is spacious and has complete kitchen equipment and facilities. There is a washing machine too. Healing is getting better with a big smart TV, just not enough karaoke. The officers are friendly and helpful.

Great stay with my family. We stayed in the 4 Bedrooms Villa which is very recommended for those who want to spend quality time with family and friends, as the villa has great facilities. We enjoyed our stay.

The service of employees and receptionists is unprofessional and very dirty. The reception is not 24 hours, you have to go to the security post to ask for help, the gallon runs out at night, you have to wait until the morning to replace it. Narrow parking. Small swimming pool. Water heater not working. The villa's telephone facility was broken, the villa called via wa instead it was rejected so it was difficult to have to go out to find staff to ask for help. Karaoke equipment rental is not available (limited) which should be prepared if there are 5-6 villas each, when they wanted to rent they said they had run out. Broken glass, charged 100 thousand, want to go on a pilgrimage?

Villanya bagus, keren dan mewah, anak-anak gue betah banget sampe gak mau pulang. 😁🤭 untuk perhatian pengelola/owner villa tolong lantai area kolam renangnya diganti biar gak licin kalo kena air kolam renang, bahaya. Anak gue kepeleset di area kolam renang, untung gak ke bentur lantai kepalanya. But, overall gue suka villanya.👏👍
