Nongsa Resort is really lovely, and romantic and family friendly. Wonderful staff and great food. Awesome bar with pool table and a generally really cool atmosphere. Being by the water and the marina is gorgeous, and the hotel team are generally wonderful. I will be back! Great music too.

Nice hotel, luxurious room and superbly comfortable.
All the staff are very friendly and helped.
Breakfast was great and many options to choose.
The massage were amazing.

The receptionist was very nice, allowing for early check-in, but we got a villa on the upper level, with nothing to see except trees and a long way to the pool and beach. Most of the rules, especially for the pool, prioritize international guests. Breakfast was mediocre, not much choice, and refills were slow, so many were sold out.

Overall, it's good, but the friendliness of the staff is lacking. While typical native culture is unavoidable in this nation, those of you working in tourism should at least learn a lot about hospitality toward all guests, regardless of whether they're foreign or domestic. Remember that local people are also guests and should be respected; in fact, they should be treated as special guests because they live in this country. Slowly, let's eliminate this native culture so we don't continue to colonize. Thanks.

when I first arrived in the room I saw the TV wouldn't turn on because the server said
when I checked out it wasn't the time yet and the TV wouldn't turn back on as if it was telling me to check out earlier.
I wanted to take a shower with warm water in the morning but I couldn't, the warm water wouldn't turn on even though it was already on.
