The room is comfortable and clean, the location is strategic and the price is affordable, but there are 2 other rooms that we booked that have slow water flow and perhaps we need to pay more attention to the smoothness of the water and the water heater.

I am a regular customer there, always take 2 rooms, 105 & 107, this is the first time I stayed there since the owner changed.. the price went up. I thought the damaged facilities were being repaired, but it turns out there is no wifi, hot water doesn't work, the AC isn't cold, there is no mamiri.. with the previous owner of Novon, the hot water was safe, the AC was cold, every morning they provided tea/coffee and cakes.. the price was also cheaper.. so I am a bit disappointed.. hopefully the new owner can check the facilities more carefully

The room wasn't very comfortable, the blanket was thin, the bathroom had a small water tank (difficult to shower with), and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the musty, distinctive bathroom odor wafted into the sleeping area. I'm only staying here once, and I wouldn't want to do it again.

The hotel's location is strategic, close to various tourist attractions around Batu. Most liked the playing ground, there are indoor and outdoor (near the swimming pool). Suitable for family vacations, especially for toddlers.

easy check in check out process, spacious room (suite type) no connecting room. hanging bathroom door so when taking a shower the water splashes into the room so it's muddy, if the washbasin is outside the KM (better inside the KM), amenities are ok, no breakfast but coffee, tea, sugar + fried snacks are provided. car parking is sufficient, security is not optimal

Previously I apologize, I want to give 2 stars but I can't bear it, this is with a special note based on my unpleasant experience in room 210, May 11, 2025. It all comes back to each individual, about taste and others: Because my child is studying at UB, has often been to Malang, this is the first time staying at a sharia inn. The FO staff has been trained for interrogation, from asking for marriage certificates, ID cards were confiscated, because the four of us were told to add an extra bed, even though my child is boarding and it is not certain that he will stay overnight because he has college assignments. The extra bed of 85 thousand is paid for by QRIS and is charged 1%, so far I have tapped QRIS in other places and there is no charge (as far as I know the latest provisions for transactions up to 500 thousand charge 0%). KM without exhaust, the sink pipe goes into the bathroom. So before ablution, you have to flush the remains of the sink flow (mouthwash, toothpaste). The contour of the 2nd floor after the stairs is uneven, prone to falling for those who are not careful.

At the beginning of check-in, you must prepare the original ID card of the husband and wife or marriage certificate. The original ID card is also kept during the stay. Adequate parking. Friendly staff. The room is quite clean, only the pillow is not high enough. The water is very smooth and the hot water is great. Get 2 towels and 2 sets of soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower cap. There is a sink, only the outlet pipe goes directly to the bathroom floor because the floor is slippery. The AC is quite cold and there is a Flat TV. TV channels and pictures are very good. Minus the bathroom that can't be locked, and the room is an old-fashioned model, but OK, very comfortable for transit. Next time I can stay again.
