During check-in, there was a miss because, in the Traveloka application, the hotel voucher had been issued 2 days before check-in.. but when I checked in, the hotel felt that they had not received it / there were no rooms booked.. after they reconfirmed with the agent, the hotel stated that they had just received the voucher from the agent.. the building and interior were like an old hotel

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is strategic, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, and minimarkets, making it easy to find anything. I tried the swimming pool, but unfortunately the water was still cold, and the toilet was in the room. In room 616, the bathtub water was yellow. I only noticed it when my child was soaking without a bath bomb. I wanted to inform the receptionist upon check-out, but I forgot. Hopefully, they will read this and fix it.
But overall, I had a pleasant stay here.

It was a very pleasant experience staying here. The check-in and check-out process was fast and responsive when needed. The room facilities were very adequate. The breakfast was delicious, although there was a bit of ginger/galangal in the steamed teriyaki fish. But overall, it was a very good stay. Thank you Novotel Bandung, will be back soon 👍🏻
