Novotel Bogor Golf Resort & Convention Center

I had a great time while staying at Novotel Bogor. The food and the staff are superb, especially Miss Nuni at the front office she was so helpful by arranging the Birthday cake in our room. Thank you so much for such genuine kindness. A five start for all of you guys!

If I could give more than five stars, definitely gonna give more than five stars. All goes perfect. I called a night before to the front desk asking for a room with bathtub and they recommend me the Deluxe Room. But they said that the room hasn't renovated yet (fyi, Novotel Bogor had just renovated most of their rooms but none of them got bathtubs). So I ordered one from Traveloka with Birthday special request, since it was my birthday). I went there the next day and asked for an early check and they gave us one! The hotel is located on 1st floor, so you have to go down 1 level due to the lobby is located on 2nd floor. It's quite a long walk from lobby, but, when we entered the room, We were stunned! The room was so cool and It's doesn't look outdated at all. Moreover, It's so spacious, equipped with a sofa and the bathtub (or I should call it Jacuzzi) is located in semi outdoor location, which was so cool in my opinion. Oh yeah, and they prepared me a birthday cake which were huge and delish. The room is very cool and cozy, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom and toilet are separated and super clean, the jacuzzi is so spacious and the water temp was spot on, and also the ambience was so good. After a power nap in the hotel, we went outside the hotel and returned late at night to have one of the most comfortable sleep in the hotel EVER, I really mean it. Then the next day, disaster happened. Probly due to our nice and comfy sleep, we were late to woke up in the morning and missed breakfast (we woke up at 11 while the breakfast was only until 10). I panicked and called the operator to ask about my breakfast. But, awesomely, they offered to bring the breakfast to my room. We were very pleased with that and relieved that this hotel gave us some nice services. For future customers who want to stay in this hotel, I wanna give you some advise and also the minus from this hotel:- Location: The hotel is quite far from the city center (around 7-8km from tajur) and the road to the hotel is quite not assuring at night, the road is a bit dark and this is bad news during rain. Piece of advise, be a bit careful when you go at night.- Jacuzzi: While I loved it so much, I figured that the location of the jacuzzi itself is not to everyone's liking. It's a semi outdoor jacuzzi which is located next to the back alley of your room, and it could only closed by a bamboo curtain which is bad news for someone who cares a lot about privacy. Piece of advise, wear a towel anytime you went to the jacuzzi.- Bugs: While it didn't enter my room during my stay, when I step outside my room, there were some bugs (beetle, ants) laying on the floor. Understandable because our room is next to bunch of trees and wildlife but it would be a bad news for anyone who hates bugs.- Lobby and alley floor: The floor was so slippery, especially near the lobby and entrance, which is dangerous during the rainy season because next to you is a pond and once you slipped, there will be a high possibility that you went straight into the pond. But Overall, our stay in this hotel is so exceptional and awesome. Just wanna say thanks to Novotel Bogor, all its staffs and employees, for taking care of us during our special day❤
