Worth every penny, services is the best. The food was standard for 4stars hotel. Even tho not located at the center of the Surabaya City, the view are enjoyable especially at 5th floor. Have a wonderful night staying here.

Stayed for a night and asked for birthday compliment, the staffs did a nice little surprise! The room was comfy. Mine was a smoking room but it has no lingering smell at all; Well done! Bed and bath were decent. Breakfast selection was good, and the taste didn't disappoint. Overall, I'm satisfied!

Very nice and clean hotel, room was very clean and well maintained. The Ac is magnificent. Staff are nice and they have a bar as well

Everything is fine except wifi connection and deposit payment method. Wifi can only chat only. That too disconnected. Deposit payments can only be cash and credit cards. Cannot debit. Should be the most delicious discharge. Apart from those 2 things, everything else is really good. The best cleanliness. The quality of the bed and pillows that I like the most. The food is pretty good, but the variants can be added again for the size of a 4-star hotel.

Greeted by a friendly female security. Mr. Joko's bell boy is nimble and initiative. The check-in process requires a 300,000 credit/cash deposit. Not the first time staying here. Always like the atmosphere of the room and the facilities. Cable TV, tea coffee, refrigerator can be used to store asip. Just found out that free baby cots are provided. Swimming pool, gym, children's play area, open. Buffet breakfast. Novotel Samator's food is all delicious. If you want a more affordable price, you can go to the Parigie cafe. The range is 25,000-30,000 and everything is delicious, I really subscribe hehe. But Sunday the cafe is closed. At the restaurant, Mr. Fajar and Ms. were warmly greeted, sorry I forgot to meet you. Smiley oriental face. Baby chairs are also available. Admin wa responsive. Inshallah will come back again. Hopefully my sustenance will be eased amen.

This month I have stayed 2x at Novotel Samator East Surabaya, 1x at New Year's, and 1x again a week after New Year's. Stay when the new year is really okay, no complaints. But in the second inn there was a lot of fuss, the bathroom had clogged water, the big shower couldn't be used, the reading light couldn't be used either. Food, employee friendliness, etc. are all okay. Only the room has a problem.
