Very nice place, nice services. One thing for a better future: please inform another guest early when the pool will be closed by others who served for wedding, etc. So they will not be disappointed for the weekend with their family. Other things. Best!

Hotel is good. Nice ambience, loved Damsole in the night. Breakfast also good, the good things that I stayed for a while in the morning.

Awesome! The room is comfortable, good view, complete facilities as stated in the description of the hotel room. The pool next to the lounge bar is very integrated, good view. The breakfast options are huge and the food arrangement is very neat, which is certainly good taste. And the service is very friendly. Thanks Novotel Samator Surabaya, I'll back again: 3

I've stayed at Novotel many times, and the rooms are increasingly comfortable, clean, and the bathrooms are very spacious. Breakfast is good. ATMs, minimarkets, and coffee shops are also nearby.

I'm happy because every time I stay here, the staff and breakfast are always my concern, but yesterday, it was like Novotel had made a lot of improvements, the staff are now agile and helpful. The variety and taste of the food are also getting better👍👍

I always love staying at Novotel. It's one of my family's recommended hotels. I've stayed at Novotel in Bandung, at Novotel in Yogyakarta, and at Novotel in Surabaya. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the amenities available, and free water refills. The staff is friendly. The food is varied and delicious. I love it.

Hotel Location was good and easy access to town.
The stool had a broken leg and was not replaced instead by just putting in position.
The water dispenser at the lobby was without hot water.

The staff is friendly & professional, respectful. Breakfast has many choices & is really great.
Gym room, swim pool, sauna & pool bar are cool & fun. Parking is spacious & safe. Pariege cafe is also a cool place to hang out. Highly recommended for East Surabaya👍
