The location is not far from the Cipanas market, the air is clean and free from pollution. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the swimming pool and jacuzzi are clean, there is a playground for children, there are horse riding facilities too. Feel at home here.

Arrived on sunday afternoon and the place is empty as expected. Got a ginger ale for welcome drink when check in, complimentary apples in each room, helpful staff, private balcony for 2 rooms, by request whirpool at poolside, late check out request, complimentary tea & cookies at the common room and last but not least, check out cookies. Love the little details that counts. Hope we can go back soon and book the room with private pool 😍. Note: please upgrade the pool towel.

Pleasure stay so far. Really nice “red ambience” at premiere suite :) helpful staff. Although we had to wait untill 14.22 to get a room also wait 1 hour to get our meal but in conclude, we would love to go back to Novus Giri

Had a pleasant stay with family. My kids love playing in the rabbit village, kids club and of course the swimming pool. However, when we had our breakfast, the glasses smell! Looks like they didn't clean them thoroughly. Please take note of this. Thanks!

It was a wonderful, unforgettable staycation at novus giri. Classic yet elegant services was served starting from the gate when we entered the hotel. How the security greeted us, bet you feel secured and welcomed. The receptionist was so pretty and calm, didn't get her name but all of them take good care of every guest. The rooms was spacious and homey, love the interior. The most important was the water heater works well:), got cleaned bathtub, and for the kiddo, the have so many facilities: got swimming pool, horse riding, basketball and tennis, the rabbit village. This place is perfect for the grannies and grandpops, kiddo and parents. I personally encourage you to go nowhere but here if you go to puncak area. More excellent things about novus giri resort and spa are the wonderful food, wonderful staffs, wonderful Head Chef Sumarno, he visited our table as the first table having the yummy and full of variety breakfast on the second day here. Surely all of them are fantastic. Be back here very soon. I wonder if they will have pet hotel also at this place someday so I don't have to leave my cookie dog at the pet hotel somewhere far from our staycation. Anyway thank you novus giri for the best staycation ever.

This accomodations is the perfect place for family. We can enjoy the fresh air, kids are happy when feeding rabbits in the rabbit village, wide swimming pool and the staff are professional and giving us the great service.

I really like staying here, it's really the best healing place so far. The staff is really helpful, friendly and the best, they allow for early check-in to move to a different type of room, which is really good because we don't have to wait long for the next check-in. And last but not least, the food, all delicious, chef Sumarno and team really did a good job on the food. The Indonesian food is 2 thumbs up, nothing fails, everyone likes it.
