Everything was so great, my kids was very happy. There were lots of activities, like kids club, rabbit village, and most of all, they really love to swim in the warm pool.

It was a wonderful and enjoyable stay experience. All the staffs are friendly, the service was excellent.

Was extended for another night and they moved us to a king bed finally. Room was so much better than the 1st night. But I never hear any apology from anyone from the hotel. It was a good stay not the best. The view made me come back not the service unfortunately.

Could've been better. Can't sleep 1st night, they given me a joint twin bed. Really uncomfortable. They said the king bed was sold out. If its sold out then give other option rather than giving me a joint twin bed. AC was leaking, curtain can't be opened. It was far from best. What keeping us here, it 's just the view. But with the price I paid. This price is not right.

Our stay at this resort was nothing short of exceptional, deserving its 5-star rating in every aspect, from the staff to the facilities and cuisine. We regretted only being able to stay for one night due to other plans.+ *Lobby*: The lobby is extraordinarily cozy, reflecting my dream living room. Its inviting ambiance sets the tone for a perfect stay.+ *Room*: The large windows allow for excellent air circulation, another feature I'd love to have in my home. The bedroom exceeded expectations with pristine bed sheets and a well-maintained bathroom. Although the bath soap was empty upon arrival, the staff promptly replenished it. Minor issues included the absence of an iron and occasional TV signal loss, but these did not detract from our experience, allowing us to enjoy an early and peaceful night.+ *Breakfast*: Soesana restaurant offered a more than satisfactory breakfast spread, ranging from American to Indonesian options. While not as extensive as some other 5-star hotels, it was sufficient. Special thanks to Chef Sumarno for his kindness—your hospitality was much appreciated.+ *Environment*: The resort features several incredible pools and a delightful rabbit village where guests can freely feed various cute rabbits. The spa, with its stunning views, added to the tranquil ambiance.+ *Staff*: The staff were superb—helpful, friendly, informative, and responsive, enhancing our stay significantly. I highly recommend this resort for both family vacation and intimate gateaways with your Halal partner

Went great, just advice to check the aircon, wasn't cool enough and the water heater not too hot. The rest are good, food are good, and very warm hospitality from the hotel employees. Keep on the good work, thank you.

Friendly staff, clean, big room, serene. Good for staycation, very relaxing.

Very recommendedhotel. Price affordable. Bedroom bathroom is clean. Room quite spacious there is a balcony and bath tub. Food at suasana restaurant is good. Staff are friendly. Spacious parking. Near to city, easy to find indomaret adn restaurant.
