Everything in here is amazing. The staff is very helpful, the ambiance is super peaceful, the room is spacious and comfortable, the pool is 10/10. I must say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely coming back soon!

The hotel is very beautiful and at one with nature. I stayed in the Deluxe Valley room, the room was spacious, clean, and had a small dining table, bathtub, sofa, and balcony (with one table and two chairs). Overall, our family was very happy and comfortable staying here because it was close to restaurants, cafes, and factory outlets. Things that need to be improved are the cleanliness of the swimming pool and the variety of breakfast menus. 🥰🙏

Where the more expensive rooms have more complete facilities, but not for this hotel.. suites and above, even those with jacuzzis are also shabby, no smart TV.. it would be better if there were no smart TV but there were lots of channel choices.. this one is just a dud.. so I downgraded so there would be entertainment in the room, like Netflix.. breakfast was also a mess

Everythings good, besides the hot water which not that hot for bath tub at night. Having a shower with that water temperature in locations like puncak is really cold.

Stayed overnight on a weekday and was very satisfied with the ambiance, friendly staff, facilities, etc.
The place is very clean, cool, and green.
My request was handled well and promptly. The staff here are always smiling, always greeting, and helpful. Excellent.
Novus Giri is one of the best hotels in Puncak.
