The room is worth it for the experience that is only in the room. The comfort and the jacuzzi pool are very comfortable and enjoyable. Hot water is available and free drinks (mineral water and soft drinks) are abundant and can be taken at any time.

can only check in at 16:00 ... and when checking out at 11:30 the cleaning service has already knocked on the room to clean it..

The staff are all friendly and nice. That's the plus point. There are so many negatives. The toilet was clogged. The shower was small for hot water. There were many small cockroaches in the toilet. The sheets looked dirty. Clothes hangers were above the drinking place. I got a room where the sink water took a long time to drain. Finally I was allowed to change rooms, but it wasn't much better. One more thing, the staff who came in and out of the room to check this and that didn't take off their sandals.

The location is really strategic - close to public transport and eateries. It was quite noisy, and the lift's door was having a problem. Hope they fix it soon.

Come here for the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was good. Fit for two people and there was a TV in front of it but unfortunately it can't connect with Netflix or anything. The food was not good. The taste and the variety of the food isn't much, even the taste of the water was odd. Better to book the room without breakfast since the location is in Blok M area with many great restaurants.
