hotel in the city center which is super crowded, super have to be patient when waiting for online taxi, also the lack of parking space, lying next to Mahakam Street and Blok M Plaza Mall >> Blok M hub, yeah that's how the traffic jams are on the right and left of the road, you can imagine it yourself.. Blok.M, the staff are all friendly, including the squires, thank God they are fast, but the breakfast menu is not very varied and the taste is only a 6.5, like chicken porridge with no chili sauce, then there is only 1 type of fruit, fried food in the morning at 7.30 is already hard and cold, no cayenne pepper, no omelet either, it's okay to just increase the price but it doesn't make people regret staying overnight and taking breakfast. Check out must be at 11.30 (even posted on the room door 😅) not allowed later, if past the hour will be charged 200 thousand The 2 rooms I booked 22 each time the floor is hit by flowing water then goes into the gutter.. it immediately smells rotten like a gutter (2nd floor) please clean it again, there are cockroaches.. just going back and forth small cockroaches, sorry I don't remember to take a picture also can't ask for double keys where we take 2 rooms, if my 1 child wants to go out alone the younger sibling doesn't want to come, the older sibling when he comes home turns out the younger sibling is fast asleep, without having to knock/ask to borrow the key downstairs, likewise for me if my husband wants to go out, no need to bother the same thing. thank you

Got cheated by the receptionist. Said all rooms have Android TV, but it turns out not yet.

I stayed in the executive jacuzzi room, and there was a rat in the bathroom. We complained to the hotel management for an hour but they can’t even provide a replacement room without downgrading our room. They finally gave us a solution to refund our booking via traveloka so we accepted the deal. fast forward to today i got an email from traveloka stating that now the hotel does not approve of the refund they tricked me into believing that they will provide me a refund so i would stay quiet about this incident during my stay

If you are urgently looking for accommodation, it's okay here, but if you are looking for something comfortable, it might be a bit lacking, but it's okay.

The AC in the room was broken, it was very noisy during my stay there, there were many baby cockroaches, I found 4 of them, the breakfast was not tasty and there were few choices, there was even no egg station. Then from the room it was very noisy and the highway could be heard in the room.

The water smells, the water heater is dead, you have to complain first before it turns on.

The room is worth it for the experience that is only in the room. The comfort and the jacuzzi pool are very comfortable and enjoyable. Hot water is available and free drinks (mineral water and soft drinks) are abundant and can be taken at any time.
