Great, the location is close to Blok M Plaza, just walking distance and also close to the culinary center of sate taichan and gultik.

The food variety is limited. I don't recommend taking the executive 1.5 million.

The hotel staff and receptionist were very friendly. Unfortunately, the room and amenities were incomplete, and the windows didn't work.

The hotel's address on Google was incorrect, making it difficult to find. The room was poorly maintained: the exhaust didn't work, the vinyl flooring was peeling and damp, the washer wouldn't turn off, and the TV remote was broken. Service was also slow, with a four-hour wait just for a towel. Serious improvements are needed to improve basic amenities, information accuracy, and service.

It was comfortable, but the breakfast food didn't taste good at all.

why is the hotel bathroom transparent?

Our first day at the hotel started off well. However, a few minutes later when we entered our room, we saw a cockroach in the bathroom walking on the closet. We were too shocked to take a video. I tried to find a phone in the room but there wasn't one, which was ridiculous for a hotel charging over 1 million rupiah. After that, I went downstairs and reported to the front office, explaining what happened in our room and asked to change rooms. The response was just an apology and a statement that there was only one room left with the type we booked. Shortly after, housekeeping arrived with insect spray. While they were checking, the cockroach reappeared, and the housekeeper just said, "This is the first time; we've never had complaints about cockroaches before." I asked if we could switch rooms because the cockroach might come back and enter the bedroom area. The answer was the same – no rooms of the same type were available. I asked the housekeeper to leave the insect spray, but it was refused due to being "out of stock." Very disappointing. Although they came back with something in a white bottle and left it on the toilet. The problem wasn't solved; there were many mosquitoes in the room, which disturbed our rest. When we tried to connect to WiFi, it wouldn't work; it kept disconnecting. The experience was terrible. At the restaurant during breakfast, there were many flies and fruit flies flying around, which felt disgusting. I think the management needs to do some treatment in the room areas and restaurant so that guests can feel comfortable without being bothered by insects. I hope my feedback is well-received, and there will be improvements for the hotel in the future."

For that price, the room was cramped. When it arrived, the pillowcases were dirty, and the toilet's jet wash was broken.

Parking is difficult. You have to wait about 30 minutes to get out.

For a business trip, everything was pretty good, from the service, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. Thank you for the service.

The staff was very friendly, helpful... but there were small cockroaches in the room, near the bed, in the bathroom, not just 1 or 2, more than 7... but because it was only a short sleep, so that was it, they threw them away with wet tissue... in the morning it was fine

The location is great, the staff are very friendly, especially the receptionist and security. But not for these three things: 1. The exhaust fan in the toilet doesn't work. 2. There's repair work underway, and the noise is very loud in my room. The sound of hammering on the wall starts at 12:30 AM and ends at 4:30 AM, and there's also the sound of moving the metal stairs. 3. Next to the door of room 502, there's a door that can only be accessed by STAFF, as written on the paper. I'm just highlighting this. I already know the door makes a loud noise when it's opened or closed. Why didn't management offer some oil or something to keep the door from being so loud that it could be heard in the room? As you know, your rooms are very, very poorly soundproofed. Should your guests be provided with a solution or informed about something like that? All your staff who passed by would shut the door tightly and even bang it to make the noise even louder, and ultimately, I COULDN'T SLEEP WHILE STAYING THERE. Why did I complain during the checkout process? Because the phone in your room wasn't working, so I had to tell you where to stay from midnight until the next morning. The only plus point was that the receptionist and security were very friendly.

The comfort was very bad, this is the first time I've stayed in a hotel where the AC leaked in the middle of the night, so much so that our shoes and clothes that we happened to have put under the AC got wet, and there was no compensation whatsoever. The food was also lacking. Other than that, the service and location were pretty good.

The hotel's location is strategic, but the rooms aren't well-maintained, and neither are the bathrooms. The service and amenities are okay, though... it's also worth the price... thank you.
